More fun with the cold

I'm starting to think my apartment is trying to commit suicide. The side door to our basement blew open in the night, so something down there froze, and the whole house lost water. The plumber was back from vacation so it got fixed pretty quickly, and there was no damage done this time, at least, but this is getting silly.
